Dear business partners,
We would like to inform you that 1 January 2025, on the basis of the Demerger Project, the company BOCHEMIE a.s., Identification No (IČ) 293 96 824, having its registered office in Tovární 319, Nový Bohumín, 735 81 Bohumín will be divided and its business name will be changed. After the division and spin-off of BOCHEMIE a.s. into the Successor Company, the companies will be referred to as follows:
1. GAZ Energy a.s.
- Identification No (IČ) 293 96 824 (the Identification No (IČ), Tax registration No (DIČ) of the de-merged company will be preserved including other identification information)
- having its registered office in Tovární 319, Nový Bohumín, 735 81 Bohumín
- registered in the Companies Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, file No B, 10743
- the company will be engaged in the production of battery storage systems
2. BOCHEMIE a.s.
- Identification No (IČ) 221 47 811 (Successor company with new identification information)
- having its registered office in Tovární 319, Nový Bohumín, 735 81 Bohumín
- registered in the Companies Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, file No B, 11604
- the company will be engaged in the production of chemical specialties
The rights and obligations remain intact as at 31 December 2024; from 1 January 2025 the rights and obligations will be transferred to the Successor Company according to the subject and scope of the spin-off.
As far as your contact persons are concerned, they remain unchanged.
